Simple Pricing Structure
Our pricing structure is simple. $400 per Buyer Side Transaction and $450 per Seller Side Transaction Coordination. Why the extra $50 per Seller Side Transaction Coordination? This includes managing your listing on the MLS.
Payment
There is a payment to initiate transaction coordination, and the balance is paid at closing. For a Buyer transaction, the upfront payment is $200 and for Listings, the upfront payment is $250. This amount is paid via our online portal. The balance of payment is included on the Commission Disbursement Authorization. If the transaction does not close, there is no balance of payment due.
Availability
We provide the technology so that you can submit contract information 24/7. After processing payment for your first transaction, you will receive credentials to login to CoordinateThat.com, where you submit all required information for us to complete a contract on your behalf. Don’t worry, we only ask you for information we cannot get from available sources, such as the MLS. We also work hard to make this interface mobile friendly so that you can send us details from anywhere that you have access to the internet with your smartphone. This means you can send us contract information at 1am in the morning if necessary. You will receive a notification that the information you have sent has been submitted.
We keep a close tab on submitted information. While we have to sleep, we are available to assist with transactions on weekends and evenings.
Service
We know how important it is to you to remain updated on the progress with transactions. For this reason we have employed industry leading technology to keep you updated on the progress with your transaction. Along with these notifications, you will also receive a personal call at least weekly to update you.
Electronic Signing
We have our very own CoordinateThat branded docusign account. This means that you no longer need an e-signing account. All contracts are submitted to you and your clients via this docusign account. Why docusign? Our experience indicates it is the most user friendly interface from a clients perspective.
What does the service include?
Listings
- Obtaining all non public information from you and your client to list the property.
- Obtaining all public information to list the property.
- Coordinating stagings, photoshoots, and video shoots to include when listing on the MLS.
- Completing and facilitating signing of all documents related to the transaction on your behalf, for example, listing agreements, amendments etc.
- Coordinating the transaction with Title on your behalf.
- Submitting all required documentation to your brokerage in their required electronic format.
Buyers
- Completing and facilitating signing of all documents related to the transaction on your behalf, for example, representation agreements, contracts, and amendments etc.
- Assist with coordinating inspections, home warranty, and other third party services.
- Coordinating the transaction with Title on your behalf.
- Submitting all required documentation to your brokerage in their required electronic format.
